Why Should We Hire You?

This question comes in many forms, such as “what makes you a good fit for this position?”, or “why are you the best candidate?”. When the interviewer asks one of these questions, they expect to hire someone who stands out in the answer.

Keep in mind that preparing for an interview requires you to do your research about the company. This includes their values, needs, and what they are currently struggling with. Use this to your advantage so you can show them why you would be a great match. Be specific and give details about your working experience.

Here’s a sample answer:

“I understand that your company is looking for a creative programmer with experience in Java and Python language, and I have worked for two years in a company where I excelled my skills in this area. I decided to apply for this job because it would allow me to use my creativity, as I have always wanted to be more proactive in using my own ideas.”

Remember that practice leads to perfection. Even if you are still not sure of what you want to say, writing ideas down will bring inspiration and you’ll manage to find a suitable answer.
